  1. You are right; it’s more convenient to take courses online that are self-paced. You’re more likely to finish the course if you can choose when to complete the work.

    e-Learn courses definitely helped me. I could log into at anytime like lunchtime or late at night. It does help adults complete more courses when you have the right tools. You have to select a school that is worth its weight.

    I never thought of self-paced courses before. I assumed all online courses had a start date and end date.

    No, there are self-paced courses that allow you to complete according to your own schedule. Doesn’t mean it goes on forever, like years, but it you complete it when you have the time, opposed to traditional college formats.
